ICBI Cohort #2

Congratulations to our second Intercultural Competency and Belonging Institute (ICBI) cohort!

Last week, 39 educators and school leaders gathered at Chadwick International School in South Korea for two days of substantive learning, collaboration, and shared commitment to fostering safe and inclusive school communities grounded in dignity and respect.

Our work explored intercultural competency, institutional change, and the importance of approaches that honor local cultural contexts.

We also enjoyed wonderful Korean hospitality and cuisine, including beef and pork bulgogi, bibimbap, Korean fried chicken, and japchae!

My gratitude to the participants for their commitment to advancing this work within their schools, and to Chadwick International for hosting us so generously.
