2025-2026 in Review
This year unfolded across 25 cities in over 18 countries, in four languages, engaging more than 60,000 participants across five continents—from C-suite executives and human resources directors to parents, teachers, staff, third graders, and middle school student councils.
Across these engagements, participants repeatedly confronted a central reality: proximity alone does not produce belonging.
The work extended across markedly different contexts: early childhood education, executive leadership, international mentorship, multinational organizations, and schools and boards navigating complex cultural environments.
Across each context, a single question recurred: how do organizations translate stated values into policies and practices that integrate dignity and respect into daily operations, not merely into mission statements?
I am grateful for every organization that extended its trust this year, and I am looking forward to continuing the work ahead as I enter my third decade of fostering cultures of dignity and respect.
