The Intercultural Competency and Belonging Institute (ICBI) is a two day, research based institute for international school professionals designing, executing, and sustaining inclusive schools grounded in dignity and respect.
Participants will explore:
Strategies to frame school specific belonging initiatives so they resonate across diverse cultural contexts
Regionally specific best practices and common pitfalls in belonging work
Foundational intercultural competency for classrooms, teams, and leadership
Identity informed harm and relational aggression in international school communities
Approaches grounded in wellbeing, child safeguarding, academic excellence, and dignity and respect
